Development does not start with goods: it starts with people and their education, organisation, and discipline. Without these three, all resources remain latent, untapped, potential.

Transform your experience into effective learning.

Using specific reflective questions can help you to learn from your experiences in the life of your project or development of your business. Revisiting the reality of the experience can provide you with missed details. Analysing your assumptions can deepen your understanding and help you to learn how to make better decisions. You can work more in alignment with your values, new insights can occur and specific planned approaches can be created when faced with similar situations in the future.

“I like to think of reflecting on and strategising your work practices as being the focus of supervision, that you are giving an account of your work and your participation in it so that you work purposefully, intentionally and in line with your values.”
